Chance Me Please

Hi, I am going to be a high school senior next year. I was wondering what my chances would be at the UW. I want to study premed.

SAT Score: 2210
GPA: 3.91 UW
Class Rank: Top 5%
-AP's Already Taken: AP Physics B (4), AP World History (5), AP Chemistry (5), AP Calculus BC (5), AP English Language (5)
-Next Year Schedule: Differential Equations, AP Biology, AP English Literature, AP American Government, AP Psychology, Teacher's Assistant, French 4
-Extra Circulars: Regularly tutor at my school.

My Questions: What are my chances for getting into the UW?
How good of a school is the UW for premed?
How hard is it to be able to get into the right classes(considering there are over 40,000 students there)?
Are the counselors helpful?
Should I try to do sports in Senior Year?
Does UW care about class rank?
Any other recommendations or thoughts would be great. Thanks

You’re a shoe-in. Seriously. Your SAT score is 400 points above their average and you’ve taken APs up the wazoo- all that you really need to add is some sort of sport, but even if you didn’t, I’d be shocked if UW cared. You’re in.

Yeah, agree with the post above, UW would be more of a safe school for you. Do sports if you really want to, I doubt not having them is going to be detrimental. They don’t care about class rank and UW is good in medicine.

You could probably get into like UCLA if you wanted to…
