<p>Hi there. I'm a senior, and I'm getting pretty neurotic about getting into college. I'd really appreciate some chances before I start applying. Here's my info.</p>
<p>GPA: 2.727 (not sure if weighted or not or if AP grades were applied
ACT: 27
Majoring in History, Minor in Theater if possible
4 on AP US History test (tested in)
3 on AP Government test
Independent studying AP Euro History
JV Tennis 1 year
Secretary of my school's chapter of Junior Statesmen of America
Creative writing club
2 lead roles in school plays</p>
<p>I'm planning on applying to:
UChicago (just for kicks)
Michigan State University
Central Michigan University
Ohio State
Boston U
Marquette
Arizona
Arizona State
maybe Kentucky
and willing to take suggestions!</p>
<p>I have 8 family members that went to Michigan State, which is my first choice.
I know my GPA is low, and I'd appreciate not being ragged on it please.
I also don't want to apply for scholarships, so will that affect the decisions.</p>
