I think you have a shot at all of the aforementioned schools, however, you list is just too large. You run the risk of spreading yourself too thin and not giving enough individual attention to each application. Also, why don’t you consider BC? I believe BC gives a very adequate amount of financial aid, so you might want to look into that. Also, if you don’t get into your dream school as a freshmen, you could always work hard in college and try to transfer. This is very similar to my situation. My high school GPA was holding me back from getting into ivies and other top schools, although I knew it wasn’t the end of the world, and that there would be second chances. Good luck!

Chance me back? Thanks! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1197739-transferring-nyu-need-opinions.html

I think your grades and ECs are great and you have a chance at all of the schools you want to apply to! =)

Your current list is 16 schools, that is a LOT of work considering all of the supplemental essays, especially when writing the why___ essays. Without adequate research and sincere response, you might sound uninterested to the admission ppl. Try to get it down to the single digits so you can breathe easier. It is your senior year after all.

I narrowed down my list through campus visits and online research. Also see if you can talk to some alumns or ppl currently attending those schools.

Anyways, I think you have a good shot at all these schools, especially with your great ECs.

On a side note, keep the safeties: UO, UW, just in case. But I think you’ve got it!

Good luck!

Thanks guys! I have been having trouble finding financial aid info for a lot of these schools. Does anyone have any info?
