<p>make sure you can visit the school and get an interview done on campus to leave a good impression. that’s also a way to get some footing in possibly getting some of their merit scholarships.
i remember when i was in high school and wanted people to chance me. honestly if you have good grades and good extracurriculars, there’s nothing much people can really comment on. it’s that last bit that you can’t list that the admissions counselors judge you on, whether it’s the good in-person impression they get during your interview, your application essay, reasons why you like the school/would be a good fit etc.
