Chance Me please!

I have lots of questions so i will try my best to not make this post an essay.

First things first, i am a college student right now and i am a sophmore. My overall GPA is 3.62. I want to transfer to Florida State extremely bad. I've talked to an advisor there about the program i want to be in and he sounded very positive about me getting in. He gave me a list of classes i have to take first to be admitted into the program and all the requirements(6 specific classes and 52 credit hours total in college) , so i took this to the advisor at my school and he gave me a schedule on what classes to take this spring and summer to fulfill these requirements.

One of my main concerns is I got into the college im at right now by taking a CPT (college placement test) so ive never taken an SAT or ACT. On FSU's website it says as a transfer student you can get accepted EITHER with SAT/ACT scores or 6 credits of English compisition at a college level (which i have) and 6 credits of college level math (which i will have after spring 2012). Also, after spring 2012 i will have all the requirements met to get into my major program. I want to apply for fall 2012 and i want to do this as fast as possible to get my app in early, but if i do apply, as a transfer student, are my chances hurt by not having the requirements to get into the program at the time of application? Or will they see that i will have them after next semester and maybe accept me as long as i pass those classes? Should i take the SAT/ACT anyways? Any info would be GREATLY appreciated!
