<p>I just applied so I will not get admission decision until March. I am interested in the honors program, but do not know how my scores add up for it.</p>

<p>GPA-4.1 by FSU's Standards, but once this semesters grades are finalized it will become a 4.2</p>

<p>-I have taken many honors courses, and have/currently taking AP Biology, AP Calculus AB, and AP Language and Composition.</p>

Why did you wait so long to submit your freshman application ???
The “primary” due date was a few months ago. Now your chances at admissions
are significantly decreased and honors may be out of the question. </p>

<p>Question- When freshman decisions are rendered an December 14, midnight, does that mean that the actual acceptances are listed on Tuesday December 13 @ 600PM ?</p>

<p>Ashleigh- You should be in consideration for Honors unless this year’s applicants are more accomplished than last years. Are you out-of-state?</p>

<p>David- last year the announcements were available just passed 6 pm. (At least my son’s was.)</p>

Honestly, I was blinded by my father’s alma mater, Clemson University. My father was active duty airforce for 20 years, and when we moved to Georgia he decided to buy season tickets to all of the home games at Clemson. It was natural for me to lean towards going to the college that I grew up being around. I was provisionally accepted to Clemson my junior year, and have since been accepted to University of Georgia (Early Action) and Georgia Southern.</p>

Yes I am out of state, I currently live in Georgia.</p>

<p>Clemson was a favorite of ours during the selection process. We found the ‘spirit’ of Clemson and FSU to be very similar.</p>

<p>OOS admission is a bit tougher for Florida universities.</p>
