General secretary of my school's Red Cross Society
Interned at human resource development network for office experience
Won a silver medal in a national mathematics contest
Interned at the ministry of electricity (of Azad Kashmir)
Chief editor or my schools monthly magazine
President of the committee organising the school Olympiad
Chaired a committee at a MUN in a leading university </p>

<p>I am a pakistani national and have asked for aid more than $30,000</p>

<p>I wrote my personal essay on how a disastrous earthquake changed my perspective of life and made me what I am
I got one of my professors at the summer program to write one and the other one should be good too.</p>

<p>I mean really… why do people with your credentials even make threads like this? It’s pretty clear that you have a strong chance of getting in. What would make you think otherwise, just out of curiosity?</p>

<p>Sorry to sound rude, but it rubs me the wrong way when people make these “oh, I don’t know if I’ll get in!” threads when they have virutally perfect records. It just makes it seem like you want validation that you WILL get in.</p>

<p>It’s perfectly fine. I feel the same way when I think someone’s perfect bit still asked to be chanced!
But now I get it, sometimes they like me don’t think that they are good enough so they can’t refrain from asking. Plus, at such times nervousness takes over you! So you ask, to feel confident</p>
