It looks as if you have a great chance. You’re scores are solid and you’re AP load is heavy. However, Brown looks at the well-rounded student. I would recoomend that you ease up on the academic extra-curriculars and join a sport or take a “fun” class. I’m only talking from experience, as I was recently admitted to Brown and Dartmouth. I have only taken a few APs as I come from a farely low income community, but I showed an interest in what I was learning and a passion for other elements of learning. Creativity is essential to Brown and having a balance between talents is applauded. I finaled in art competitions, finaled at CIF in swimming, and scored farely high on the SAT and ACT. Keep on working hard, but try something new, because Brown cares more about the person then the numbers. Hope this helped!

Thanks for the tips LeviLandon

Amazing stats. I’m sure teachers wrote you stellar recommendations. Good extracurriculars. Your chances look fairly good. Good luck!

You seem to have everything that is required of an applicant to stand a fair chance. I think that if you really play up your passions in the essays, you have a good shot. I wouldn’t pick up something “fun” if you don’t want to, though. If your EC’s truly show what your interests are, then ultimately Brown will value that more than something extra you picked up to look more well-rounded. Besides, you’re already pretty rounded with a variety of different subject areas within AP classes.
Essentially, just make yourself stand out somehow.
