Hello fellow IBDC! I think you really have a chance at most of these schools but not sure about Yale (but you should still apply as a reach?). Only SAT seems to be kind of on the low side but your extracurriculars are awesome. Keep in mind these chance threads are uncertain

Any one else willing to chance me?!

SAT is too low. Get some safeties/matches.

The only glaring blemish I see is your SAT score. That will hurt you a lot for all those schools minus UCLA. Get that up to 2200+ or try the ACT (would need 33+ there).

If you get your SAT up a lot, then you have a solid chance in getting into those schools (more likely for UCLA), but right now your chances are a bit below average.

I just got my ACT scores. 29 English, 34 Math, 32 Science, 26 Reading. My composite was a 30. Any tips on improving English and Reading other than just reading and doing practice tests? Does this really change my odds?

Since you are an asian male, you need to boost up that score.
The most practical way would be doing a tonload of practice tests and understanding why you got those questions wrong.

Also, I wouldn’t report the Calc AB score. And I think you mean a <50k income bracket. Maybe ED somewhere also.
