Chance me, please!

Hi everyone!
This is my first post on here, so forgive me if it's absolutely horrid. I'd like to see my chances on getting into University of Chicago for 2017. My record and scares are embarrassingly low in comparison to everyone else's, but I've wanted to go to this university ever since I discovered it. Anyways, I'd really appreciate it if you could chance me and give me tips as to where I can improve upon in order to increase my chances of getting in.

Ethnicity: Asian, Filipino only, Male
Location: California, San Diego
Projected college graduation year: Class of 2017
High School: Mt. Carmel High School

SAT scores:
1870* (590 CR, 610 Math, 670 Writing)
*I know that these scores are tragically low and ensure a denied application, but I'm planning to retake them again. I am hoping and studying for at least a 2100, with my CR and Math scores rising to hopefully 650. Furthermore, I know that UChicago does not count the Writing score, but does it still at least consider it? Also, I am planning to take the ACT, I am hoping for a composite score of 31.
SAT II: 680 in Biology
550 in Literature
I'm aware that my scores are low, but I tend not to fair very well on standardized testing.

GPA:
Unweighted: 3.98
Weighted: ~4.1*
*My low GPA will be explained through my lack of APs
Class Rank: School unranked

AP Classes:
Taken:AP English Language and Composition and AP Biology
Will take in my senior year: AP English Literature and Composition, AP U.S. Government and Politics, AP Calculus A.B, and AP Physics B
*I know that my lack of APs will hurt my application, but due to the inability of scheduling for classes(because of class size and lack of funding) I was not able to take the usual amount. However, I am ameliorating the situation by taking four in my senior year. Also, our school only allows its students to take a maximum of 5 AP classes a year and does not count self study APs.

Schools I'm planning to apply to:
University of Chicago

UCLA
UC Davis
UC Berkeley
Boston University
Northeastern University
Northwestern University
NYU
Duke
Stanford (I know I have no chance, but my mother is making me apply)
Harvard (I know I have no hope, but my mother is making me)
Columbia
Cornell
USC
Johns Hopkins
UC Irvine
UCSB
SDSU
Cal Poly
Cal Poly SLO
College of William and Mary
University of Washington
Brandeis
George Washington
U of Rochester
I know that majority of these schools are totally out of my reach, but some of them I feel I
might have a chance.

Also, if you guys could give me suggestions as to where else I should apply to with my current stats and my projected stats, I'd really appreciate that. Also, what are some good backup schools I could apply to? I intend to go to school out of California.
One more thing, would you recommend me applying EA/ED for any of these universities to increase my chances? I've heard that EA/ED have higher rates of acceptance.

Thanks so much for your time and effort!

Your ECs are very good. In general for engineering you would want an impresive math score. Focus on the math section of SAT and ACT. Do you have time to take SAT Math I or Math II? Your GPA is OK and so is your senior class load. With a great essay and luck you may get in. Your college list is very long. Do apply to the IVYs but it will be very painfull to apply to every school especially counting that some, especially if you are going into engineering, want their own essay. Try to limit your list to 15.
Good luck!
PS Focus on the essay! A great essay can make all the difference.
