come on, someone comment! i dont have any chance at all???

Your GPA, I assume it is unweighted, is high and you shouldn’t worry about that.

For many of the schools mentioned (I also am applying to a few on your list) I would say that your ACT score is low. Even a 26 is extremely low for these competitive schools. Work on raising your ACT and possibly taking the SAT. I know they say that your ACT will normally be better than your SAT, but that is NORMALLY. It isn’t the case for everyone. I myself need to study to retake the ACT. Personally, I just need to practice endurance. Making sure I get through the entire sections in the given time.

Your EC’s also suggest that you would be more passionate for medicine than something finance related? If you are undecided, then put just that on your apps.

Your ACT scores will not get you into NYU. Your GPA is quite good, though, so no worries there. I think you just need to make sure your EC’s are related to your major and raise your ACTs and you stand a chance! Could you chance me for Princeton? Good luck!

im preping act everyday to get ready for the next test, cross my finger on that one.

my mom wants me to work in the med field, that why i did so many ecs under her pressure. but i know myself that my passion is business not med, and it is hard to find something to do with finance in my small town. so in my case is it better to put down undecided than business?

Your gpa and ecs are really good. As of right now, I think ucr and pacific, and possibly boston u and washington u are matches. If I were you, I would really work on your act score as it seems to be your biggest weakness. Raise it by 3-4 points and I think you’ll be a competitive applicant for all those schools. Have you considered the sat?

Yes, put down undecided so that your EC’s do not contradict your intended major. The universities will not be put off by this.

@13alexae thank you so much for chancing! definitely going to work on my act score.
ive never took sat before, so im not consider taking it due to the time issue.

NYU and UW Seattle will be reaches.

I don’t know much about the schools but if you get your test scores up then you have a pretty good chance of getting in. Your GPA is pretty good and EC’s are fantastic.

thank you for the suggestion, ill definitely try to bring my score up.
one of my consider right now: should i put undecided on college application since my ecs are all over the place? or put down business???
