Chance me please!

Hey I'm a rising senior in high school and I was wondering if my scores and EC's would balance out a mediocre GPA for some of the upper UC's (specifically UC Berkeley and UCLA):

I live on the East Coast so I’m not positive about the UC’s… BUT if I had to give an educated guess (and I do hope more knowledged people come along to help), I would say you’ve got a shot
your scores are nice, your EC’s show that you’re dedicated to the clubs you participate in and you’ve got a small array of unique talents. Again, I’m not 100% on anything but I do think that with a continuation of the studying and perhaps a nice essay, you’ll be a good candidate for the schools, hopefully even Berkeley and UCLA!
Good luck with your studies and application, I hope to hear you got into a school of your wish!
