<p>I plan on applying ED to the school of engineering. White female, I go to a small college prep private school in Alabama. </p>

<p>ACT 32, GPA 4.5, all As, Varsity basketball 4 years - co captain 2 years, violin since age 3, volunteer for local children's museum, national honors society, newspaper co editor 2 years, sophomore class pres, junior class vp, sga cabinet, basketball camp counselor, alabama governors school attendee. APUSH 4 and AP lang and comp 4. thanks!!</p>

<p>Vandy has become very selective the past few years, and there are no sure bets to get in. IMO, try to get your ACT to 34, add community service. At selective schools essays and letters of rec. are important, and a great interview can help. If you do these things your chances are good.</p>
