please someone chance me? :(

Someone please??? T_T

I’m only familiar with the UCs…

You’ve got fair chances for UCR, UCI, UCSC. You need to raise your GPA and SAT for UCSD/UCLA.

Why are you worried? You’ll get into anywhere.

Flaunt your knowledge somewhere else.

Ignore slackey93. You have a good shot getting into higher tier “low” school, but you definitely need to beef up standardized tests and GPA.

How do you beef up a 33 ACT? That’s an amazing score.

Oh, sorry didn’t see the ACT. Very high score for higher tier UCs but GPA is still a bit low un/weighted. Would definitely suggest you apply to the UCs you want, but make sure to couple your apps with fantastic rec’s and essays in order to boost your chances :)

Thanks. I know my gpa slipped up a bit… took all the ap classes available at my school and then didn’t do so well. Thanks for the imput! Anybody else?

Chance me anybody? Please?
BUMP

I can not calculate your chances, but I think you should be more patient :)

Will do bebetxx :)

Chance me pleaseeeee

Chance me please for Boston University, New York University, UC Davis, Michigan State (Ann Arbor), UC San Diego, UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara, UC irvine, UC Santa Cruz. Thanks!

Boston University (probably admitted)
NYU (waitlisted or denied)
UC Davis (admitted)
Michigan State (admitted)
UC-SD (50% chance of admission or higher)
UCSC (shoe-in)
UC-Riverside(shoe-in)
UC-SB (admitted)
UC-Irvine (shoe-in)

Your SAT score is above 2000 is fine for UCLA and UC Berkeley. The average there is about 2000, so you are OK.

But your unweighted GPA is what might sink your boat. Try to increase that GPA and get it to a 3.0 or 3.2. However, since your GPA is pretty low your SAT has to be higher than the norm, so maybe a 2100 or 2200 would cancel out that GPA. Also with the ACT, you should try to get it as high as possible maybe a 34 or 35, because of that low GPA.

And also write in your essays maybe why did you get a low GPA. Did you have any hardship or etc?

UCLA, UCB, UCSD- High reach
UCSC, UCI, UC Davis- Middle reach
UCR and UC Merced- Match

Chance me back?

Bumpinggggg

GPA> SAT/ACT
Colleges care a lot about GPA so you need to improve to at least 3.0

I know… I took too many AP classes and now I regret it…

BUMPPPPPPppp

I’m only familiar with NYU and BU
I would say they are low reaches.
Good luck! :)
