What should I do to help my APP and what are my chances to get into UCR?

Why do you think your scores and GPA aren’t good enough so far?

You will most likely make it in… I’ve seen kids with 1400’s and 3.2’s get in. I’m a soph btw

I had 3.57 weighted GPA and 2040 on SAT back in 2009. I got referred in to ucr. I think you would have very good chance. I heard the admission got much more strict since 2009 though

I have friends with ACT scores in the neighborhood of 30 who got in to Ivies and other top tier schools. Your GPA makes it such that I wouldn’t tell you that you’re “guaranteed” to get in, but I would be surprised if your test scores were enough to carry you. On an unimportant side note, same exact scores as you for the math sections of the ACT (35 on my first and then a perfect on my second) and the SAT II Math II (780).

Also, having passed your sophomore/junior year AP exams can only help you in your app.
