Chance me please!!!

Hi, I'm an incoming senior and would like to apply to USC.

Major: CSBA

ACT (Feb 2012): 27 ( ENG 26, M 35, CR 22, SCIENCE 25, ENG/ESSAY 26, ESSAY (9) ) most likely September retake

ACT (June 2012): 29 ( ENG 26, M 36, CR 20, SCIENCE 33, ENG/ESSAY 26, ESSAY (9) ) most likely September retake

SAT I: 1810 ( CR 460, M 730, W 620 ); may retake

SAT II: MATH 2 (780), CHEM (710), Bio (670)

GPA (10/11): 3.54 (uw) , 3.875 (w, assuming cutoff is 8 extra points)

AP/HONORS (10/11): English 10 H, PRE-Calc (h), calc a (h), dev. of civ. (h), AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Calculus B/C, AP Computer Science

AP/HONORS (12) : AP SPANISH LITERATURE, AP STATISTICS, AP PHYSICS C

Extracurriculars: FBLA, Internship, Tennis Team, Solar Cup, Applied Engineering Club, Leo Club, Robotics Club/Team

What should I do to help my APP and what are my chances to get into USC?

solar,

http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/1112/USCFreshmanProfile2011.pdf

The above link shows the averages for the 2011-2012 admissions year. With the shift to the Common App the academic numbers are likely to be at least the same if not tougher; throw in the reported drop to an 18% admittance rate and USC has become a reach school for even a 3.8/32 ACT. Viterbi is rumored to have an even higher statistical profile for GPA and ACTs.

Your CR scores are low; is there an explanation for this? Learning issues? English as second language? Without extenuating circumstances I would consider USC-Viterbi an extreme reach.
