What should I do to help my APP and what are my chances to get into Rutgers?

good app, but you will most likely wont get a scholarship if that helps. You need atleast 1250 CR + Math or that equivalent of ACT to get looked at for Carr Scholarship. You can get in almost 95% if you apply early. Do not procrastinate with the application process.

Most important thing to improve is your standardized scores because out of state tuition is expensive. Having a scholarship can lessen the burden of high tuition.
