Chance me (please?)

Okay, I will be applying to ND, tOSU, JHU, northwestern, case western, and rice. I plan to major in biomedical engineering, but if accepted to ND I'll just major in chemical and do biomedical in grad school. Here are my stats:

GPA: 3.87 UW/4.4 W
ACT: 32
Rank: 29/298 (the top 24 all have a perfect gpa)
AP Calc BC, AP Physics C E&M, AP Lang all 5s
AP US, AP World, AP Physics C mechanics all 4s
I'll be dual enrolled at OSU and my high school my senior year and will be taking an honors math 1181H and chem 1210 course.
ECs:
Taking care of my younger brother (this takes a loooot of time since my parents are divorced)
Violin (8 years)
Lifeguard (2 years)
Engineering Summer Academy at OSU
That's about it for ECs

Awards:
Honor roll
Valedictorian

Hopefully someone can tell me my chances at these schools. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Money does matter when I chose a school since my mother is disabled and my father is a teacher and cannot afford to help much at all with college payment. Thanks!

Oh and valedictorian is basically just handed out to everyone that has a gpa of 4.1 or higher at my school.

Gotta love dublin city schools!

ND: High Match
tOSU: In and probably a full tuition scholarship
JHU: Low Reach, Mid/High Reach for BME, bad financial aid
northwestern: Low Reach
case western: In and probably some some scholarship money
rice: Match

You should be okay for osu and case, reach for all others which all expect better ECs.

Thanks, I’m planning on taking another act and bringing that to a 33 or 34 and two sat subject tests (math 2 and physics) how much would this help with ND admission?

Ps: Yeah Dublin City Schools…easy valedictorian lol
