Chance me, please!

So the schools on my list are University of Florida, University of Illinois-Chicago, University of Virginia, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, UCal @ Santa Barbara, and Johns Hopkins (which is my shot in the dark)
What are my chances for each school? I have a 3.78 GPA, 1750 SAT score (retaking december), and am in the top 10% of my class. I'm also an IB/AP student and skipped a grade (kindergarten), so I'm graduating young. My extracurriculars are Book Club (Member), Relay for Life (President), W.E.B. DuBois Honor Society (President), Multicultural Club (President), Forensics (Co Captain), Debate (Member), Student Council: Community Service (Member), Student Council: Principal's Advisory Committee (Committee Chair), "Yummy Tummy" Club (Vice President), Model United Nations (member), Orchestra (First chair for second violins and occasional first violin), Latin Club (Vice President), Young Democrats (Member).Future Business Leaders of America (Member), Key Club (member), and Enviromental Club(member). I have won Cum Laude on the National Latin Exam, honorable delegation at model UN, eastern district champion in forensics impromptu speaking, eastern district champion in lincoln douglas debate, and placed first in the region for forensics impromptu speaking. I volunteer at the local elementary school close to my school with mentally disabled children and have also volunteered at their summer school program.
I don't think I will get into Johns Hopkins, but my other choices are more realistic. What do you think?

You have a good chance at GT, if only you bring up your SAT score. Your other stats look great. Please chance me back- “Chances at UGA or Auburn?”

3.78 is your unweighted, so what’s your weighted GPA? Virginia Tech asks for it.

UF: Low match
GA Tech: High match (SAT holding you back)
UIUC: Low match (if other than engineering, high match for engineering)
UCSB: Match
VA Tech: Low match-match (depending on your weighted)
JHU: Reach

I’m new to C.C. What do all those terms mean?
And thanks everyone!
