Chance Me Please!

Hello everyone!

I am a high school senior and was just deferred from the Early Action pool at Georgetown SFS. I also applied early to University of Virginia, and have submitted RD apps to Emory, Southern Cal, Vanderbilt, and McGill. If I was accepted to Georgetown, I was going to also apply to Columbia, Yale and Brown, but since I was deferred, I also plan on applying to Cornell, Duke, WashU, and Dartmouth. Now however, I am reconsidering because I am skeptical as to whether my grades are good enough to get into any of these schools. I have a 3.78UW and 4.49W GPA from a relatively competitive public school in central Virginia (so far this year students have been accepted to Williams, MIT, Stanford, Vanderbilt, etc.). Within the school, I am enrolled in a selective Engineering program accredited through a local community college. My GPA falls outside the top 10%, but I believe extenuating circumstances apply. My school calculates GPA with semester grades, so total I have 10 "B"s, and the rest As. 2 "B"s were carried over from middle school, five were from first semester of freshman year when I was adjusting from a small private middle school. The other 3 "B"s came in 11th grade when I incurred a serious concussion and missed three months of school. They were in APUSH, AP Chem, and AP Latin, all first semester. Second semester I achieved straight As again. This year, I will probably have a B in Calc BC, and maybe AP Lit, with the rest As. Sorry for the length, but I wanted to give all a good idea of my situation. Should I open up my college search, or do I have a good shot at these schools? The rest of my stats are below.
