Chance Me, Please!

Currently a Junior so...some time for improvement? :/

-Out-of-State
-I believe I can get very decent recommendations from my Accounting Teacher, 11th grade Chemistry or 10th grade English teacher, Guidance Counselor

ECs:
-President of Red Cross Club, was VP last year
-Yearbook Editor 3 years, Section Leader next year (basically next rank)
-Chairman in flower selling program
-Mock Trial only grade 11 (was selected but hated it and my team lost, probably won't include this on application)
-400+ hours of community service (300+ were tutoring kids)
Job for 1 year at grocery store
Rec Soccer 14 years, Premier League 1 year
-Spanish Honors Society
-Haven't taken APs yet but
-AP Economics
-AP Psych
-AP Calculus AB next year
Other classes in senior year:
Honors Physics
Honors English 12 (1/2 year course)
Honors Journalism (1/2)
Honors Spanish 5 (I don't enjoy the class and have the grade to go to AP but don't care for it. Would it be dumb to not take Spanish next year?)

Other things?
Have only taken 4 regular nonhonors classes since high school started (all electives and Spanish)
Um.. C+s in H/U.S History and H/Algebra II, sophomore year (U.S. History because my teacher was literally awful, only two tests a marking period...that's it and she didn't teach just assigned book work. Final class average was an 81, I had a 79.3. Algebra II Because of credit loss due to too many absences [had it 1st period])
-Couldn't do NHS because of credit loss due to absences
Always been on the Honor Roll, High Honors mostly freshman and this year (junior year)

I know I'm just a junior but am I wasting my time hoping for these schools?
