Chance Me- PLEASE

Hello, I've posted on here once before- but after having my meeting with my college counselor, participating in more extra currciulers, and actually getting a copy of my GPA, and updated ACT score, I'd like a fresh chance me.. any advice, at all, would be greatly appreciated.
ACT: 32 (11 on writing) -- might try again for 33/34
GPA: Weighted
9th- 3.46 (Parent's were going through rough divorce.. I don't know if that matters)
10th- 4.00 (AP Euro/3 Advanced)
11th- 4.13 (AP US/ AP English/ AP Psychology/ 3 Adv)
12th- Aiming for a 4.2 1st semester, I'll be in 3 AP's again
--> I'll have taken 4 years of math, 4 of science, 6 social studies, 3 foreign language, 4 P.E.
--> And if this helps, I attend a competitive Catholic high school in Tennessee
(I'm involved in a weightlifting class for sports), 3 Fine Art (required), 4 Theology (required).
Unfortunately, due to my freshmen year, my cumulative is roughly a 3.83, making my class rank only top 25%... but do college consider my grade trend and divorce when looking at this?
I'm also enrolling in 3 college-credit classes (Modern Political Theory, US Government, and intro to philosophy) at a pre-college program at GWU this summer. Could great grades in these courses counter-act my bad class rank and cumulative GPA??

Extra-Cuccirculers
- Vice President of Nationally Ranked model UN team (4 years)
- Varsity Football Captain (4 years)
- Varsity Track (10/11/12)
- FBLA State President (11/12)
- State Lieutenant Governor for Youth Legislature (10/11/12)
- Student Council (9/10) - Student Body President (12)

- Co-founded a charity water campaign at my school, raising $10,000 for poor African Countries- literally, the money went to building wells.
- Appointed to Societas, student leadership group/helps freshmen (11/12)
---> My college counselor is in charge of societies, and apparently writes us GREAT letters
... For Brevity's sake, I'll leave at that- but there is an onslaught of awards to accompany those positions/groups

Honor Societies
- NSHS
- Latin Honor Society
- NHS

Also, I've heard mixed reviews of how much this helps, but I am a hispanic first-generation college student.
Anyways, the colleges I'd realistically like to go to are University of Richmond, George Washington University, and Washington and Lee.. I still plan on applying to Georgetown, Vanderbilt, and Duke- just I realize those are big-reach's.... but any advice on my chances at any of these schools would be greatly appreciated! and also- any insight on to to how much my poor class rank and hooks will actually affect me would be GREATLY appreciated.

*****I left out 4 English on my credits****

yeah i dont know about those schools, most of them are really high up…your act score is reallly good tho, maybe if your gpa was a little higher at like 4.0 at least, but you should apply to ucs!

Parents divorce doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t personally write about it in a college essay( my parents are going through a tough divorce too). I think of the divorce like this, their divorce shouldn’t affect me as a person or change the quality of my work. As a matte of fact, my grades and drive should go up because Parents won’t be fighting at home anymore. Don’t use the divorce as an excuse( even though I know that isn’t your intention, college readers may we it like that). As for you school achievements, your upward trend is good, and you got good leadership, all the schools you mentioned are reaches. But after out of the question. I would recommend that you do volunteer hours. Good luck!
