I am a rising senior and I plan to major in business/finance or possibly economics for certain schools. I'm a male at a pretty well-ranked medium sized public high school in Upstate NY.

Some schools I am interested in:
BC (legacy)
Villanova
Fordham
Cornell
Columbia (econ.)
Northeastern
Lehigh
SUNY Binghamton
Providence
Holy Cross (econ.)

Testing:
SAT: 2190 (680/750/760)
ACT: 33
SAT II: Math 2: 760; US Hist:710

GPA: 92/100
My school is annoying because we aren't on a 4.0 scale, our grades for harder classes aren't weighted. Based on my GPA I would only be in about the top 20% of my class, but many people with higher GPAs than mine have taken a significantly less rigorous course load.

AP Classes:
World History (5)
Calc AB (5)
US History (4)

I've always opted for the "advanced" or "honors" classes that my school offers, with the exception of taking regular Physics as a junior as opposed to maybe AP Chem. This has caused my GPA to fall slightly, but my grades have been consistent for my first three years.

Senior Year Course Load:
AP Physics
AP Statistics
AP Microeconomics
AP Spanish
Two writing electives for English (English is not my thing)
Choir (it's a class for us)

ECs:
School Musical (Gr. 9-12) (very major part of my HS life; very time-consuming)
Choir President (Gr. 12)
All Male after school choir group (Gr. 9-12) (pres. Gr. 12)
Lone Student Member of my church's Parish Council (Gr. 11-12)
Football Team(Gr. 9-10)
Golf Team (Gr. 11-12)
Indoor T&F (Gr. 10-12) (co-captain Gr. 12)
Outdoor T&F (Gr. 11-12) (co-captain Gr. 12)
Travel Baseball (Gr. 9-12) (outside of school)

Comm. Service:
Coach at my town's tee ball camp for 4-6 year olds for two weeks
Helped at a local soup kitchen through my church periodically Gr. 9-11
Volunteered at Habitat for Humanity ReStore
Youth Court Juror (Gr. 10-12)

Summer Programs:
Brown University Pre-College Program (Economics class)(before Gr. 12)
Smart Energy Program at RPI (before Gr. 11)

Working on my main essay now and I think it will be pretty good but not spectacular.
I think my counselor rec. will be very good considering she knows me very well and we have a good relationship. For teacher recs. I think one will be good and the other I'm not sure on.

BTW when I refer to something in Gr. 12 it's something that has been confirmed already or something that I know I will be doing.

I recognize that a few of the schools I listed are probably big reaches but please chance me for them all please!!! Thanks!
