<p>I'm hoping to find out what chance I have of getting into Northeastern University, Carnegie Melon, Columbia University, University of Maryland College Park, and SUNY at Albany. </p>

<p>Activities
-Student Council for three years Class Representative during my Sopho and Junior year and Student Body Historian during my Senior year
-Rotary Interact Club for three years Vice President during my Junior year and President during my Senior year
-National Honor Society for two years
-Math Engineering Science Achievement (MESA) for four years and as a part of MESA I participated in a state level engineering competition for two years
-Science Olympiad for three years I earned multiple medals in various events at both State and Regional levels of competition for all three years
-The Evolvement volunteer organization
-Volunteered at the animal shelter for four months and a total of about 96 hours
-Various volunteer activities like Thanksgiving and Christmas food drives, Friends of The Library, and my city's recycling program
-Six years of piano tutoring and two years of independent study
-Worked as a Paid IT Intern at National Radio Astronomy Observatory for a summer</p>

<p>I’m hoping to major in General Biology and writing is a bit of a weak point for me so that might hurt the strength of my essays.</p>

Your major is biology, bu i don’t see that what you did shows your major interest.
GPA and ECs are great, but you should consider all the classes you have taken since Freshmen.
Columbia is reach for anyone, but you have chance for University of Maryland College Park, and SUNY at Albany. Reach for carnegie mellon due to your scores in SAT.(ACT is fine though)
You must increase your SAT score and SATII score. I recommend that you get atleast 2200 in sat and 750+ for subject test. 600+ is not enough
are only a few ap courses available in your school? another way to make up for ap test is that you self-teach and take the tests.</p>
