I am 99 percent sure you will get into all those schools. Being valedictorian is a huge accomplishment. Try to raise to SATs and you will be good.

Please chance back http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1564465-penn-state-transfer.html

Jake is wrong… it’s not that easy. You have a great resume, but all of these schools are reaches for anybody. Do you have any safeties??

Safeties galore. IU and Loyola. Match (hopefully) Macalester. Also, I have had an interview and Carleton and Mac. Both went extremely well, from what I can tell.

That’s great, then! I could definitely see you getting into one of your top schools, possibly even into multiple depending on how the dice rolls.

Thanks!!

Personally, I believe you have a very good shot at any of those. I’ve attended several seminars and talked to reps from Chicago, Brown, and Cornell and you seem to be a good match. Valedictorian is great (especially not weighted) and you have good ECs. Hopefully raise the SAT the next go around. Class rigor is good. Good luck!
