UF uses Holistic admissions. 50% is GPA/Test/Class Rigor and 50% is ECs/Leadership/Essay.

Your GPA is a bit low. Try to recalculate it as UF’s weighted GPA and then compare to the above profile; you’re looking for a 4.0+ GPA. Give honor/gifted classes +0.5 points, and AP/DE/IB/AICE classes +1.0 points and only count academic classes.

Your class rigor may also be a bit low. It’s based on what classes are available at your school. UF wants you to take the most rigorous set of classes. If your school only offers a few AP classes, and no honor/gifted classes, then UF would be fine with standard classes. IF they do offer advance classes, UF will want to see that you took several of them.

Your SAT score is also a bit low, but still (just) in the middle 50%. If you re-take your SAT in December, you may have to “rush order” your scores to UF. Before doing that, please check with UF admissions for guidance (no need to waste the money doing a rush order, when the normal method may work fine). SAT scores are due to UF in “December”.

Your EC’s are fine, so ECs, any leadership and your Essay could help counter issues with your GPA or test scores.

Hey you have a great chance and your EC’s are good. Write a strong essay and you should be set.

I only took 5 AP classes for my entire HS too and my SAT was average and I got into all of the universities I applied to including UF, so I don’t think you have anything to worry about. In hindsight I could have tried a lot harder in my academics but I was pretty lazy, it didn’t seem to matter anyways lol.
