Chance Me please!!

Just based on my ACT: 33

MATH 35 ENGLISH 35 READING 29 AND SCIENCE 31

is this good for an instate applicant applying to UVA?

It is a good test score for an in-stater. That is all it means… just based on that you certainly do not have a shoe in.

I’m applying to engineering if that changes anything

A 33 on the ACT is not going to save you if your wGPA is sub-3.9 and your ECs are not up to par.

And UVA relies a lot on the weighted GPA when dealing with in-staters, since in-state high schools often only report weighted GPAs on their transcripts.

My weighted is 4.32 without my senior year gpa which is at least 4.5+. I have INSANE extracurriculars. People often times say I have the best they’ve ever heard of before.

I am also ranked 10/272
