<p>Univ. of Florida (out of state), Univ. of Texas-Austin (out of state), U. of Miami (FL), Northwestern - journalism major, 29 ACT (35 English, 31 reading, 25 science, 25 math), 4.1 gpa w/ honors classes and a couple of dual enrollment local college classes (will take two AP's senior year, the first and only offerings at my small Midwest high school). CV includes Duke TIP screenwriting class one summer and Univ. of Florida Summer Journalism institute this summer, and volunteer/comm. service experiences, yearbook editor for 3 years of hs., and state medalist 3 years in varsity swimming.</p>
<p>Northwestern is a reach. You need to up that ACT for sure, though the high English/CR scores are good. GPA is pretty good. Can you take more AP than that?
The others should be matches. </p>
