Hi CC. I'm new to this website so I hope you guys help me.

I'm a 17 year old from Puerto Rico. I currently attend a private school (one of the most prestigious/rigorous on the island). I've been an honor student since 9th grade (first year my school allows students to take honor/AP classes). My curricula have always been very busy and have always achieved straight A's. I am currently ranked 3 out of 100.

9th grade GPA: 100.45 (4.0 UW) (all honor classes)
10th grade GPA: 100.85 (4.0 UW) (all honor classes, except French I)
11th grade GPA: 101.28 (4.0 UW) (all honor classes + AP US History, except French II)
12th grade GPA: I am going to be a senior next August. (I will be taking AP Bio, AP Calculus AB, AP English Language & Literature, and AP Spanish Language & Culture)
My GPA is above 100 because my school awards points for honor (x.05) and AP (x1.10) classes

In addition, I have what I consider many extracurricular activities. I am member of the Ecology club, School newspaper (Chief of entertainment), Student council, History club, Peer Ministry (in charge of giving retreats to students from 7th grade to 10th grade). Also, this year I was elected President of the National Honor Society. Furthermore, I am an athlete. I've been part of the volleyball team and tennis team throughout all of high school. Additionally, this year I was nominated to receive the National Hispanic Recognition Program award.

I am also fully bilingual (Spanish & English) and usually fluent in French.

Right until now my "resumé" seems perfect. However, my test scores have not been what I would want them to be. I had a 1790 on the SAT and a 27 on the ACT. I simply do not know how to achieve success in these types of tests. And I do not know why. I've done practice tests at my house and I've gotten as high as 2200. I just simply crack under pressure. I consider myself a bad test taker. I know everybody uses that excuse but I genuinely tried my best.

Right now my college list is the following:
-Cornell, Emory, NYU, Boston College, U. of Michigan, U. of Notre Dame, Brown, WashU (my top schools)
-Boston U, Northeastern, Syracuse, UCONN, George Washington University, U. of Rochester, Tulane (the ones I think I have a chance of getting accepted)
-U. of Dayton, Marquette, U. of Maryland, Penn State (my safe schools)

Do you guys think I have a chance of getting admitted into any of these universities? Do you guys I think I might be able to have a shot at getting scholarships? My only hope is that my GPA and my extracurriculars outshine my bad test scores.

PS. Sorry for my long post :/
