Berkeley: Match

(Scores came out for the other AP exams I took. I got 5s on all of them.)

How is your math SAT score lower than your writing lol. But yeah Berkeley is a Match.

Which UCs could I get into? Also, what should I choose as safety schools (preferably still in CA)?

UCR/UCSC would be definite safeties. I would include UCLA/UCSD along with either UCI/UCSB/UCD/Cal Poly SLO. ME is one of the most competitive engineering majors along with BME. Your stats are good, but you never know when it comes to admissions. Good Luck.

bump
