Also I'm planning to major in either biology or neuroscience.
Please let me know what y'all think.

I agree with lotusg; your EC’s and test scores are very impressive. If anything, try to boost your GPA. Other than that, you could easily get into Cornell, Emory, and USC. Vandy and Northwestern are definite possibilities, too, but they’re a bit more of a reach.

Your test scores are great. The biggest problems I see are your GPA and extracurriculars. Top 25% is just not good enough for schools like Vanderbilt and Cornell unless you have impressive ECs, hooks, or legacy. Try to shoot for at least top 15% and a 3.7 unweighted GPA.

Your ecs can also be improved (especially given the fact that your GPA is not stellar). From what I can see, you do a lot of volunteering and participate in clubs/organizations, but don’t really have leadership roles. Try to start a club or get an exec position at a club!

I think I should be able to be in the top 15%. I was at top 17% before my last semester was factored in. I don’t know my new percentage but I should be improved because I got all A’s last semester.

Maybe try to find an explanation for the bad freshman year? It’ll come down to your essays really. Your GPA is holding you back but you have a chance.
I would say cornell is a low-mid reach with everything else being a low reach and usc being a high match.
