Chance me please?

Hi! I will be a senior in the fall and recently visited the University of Washington-Seattle and fell in love. I would love opinions and advice.
3.58 unweighted gpa, 4.01 weighted
28 ACT but retaking
AP US history and music theory
All honors classes available freshman and sophomore year and full IB diploma candidate junior and senior year
4 years of choir and theatre-very intensive and competitive at my school-huge time commitment
3 years student council
Summer job at Which Wich
2 years CX debate
4 years international thespian society
10 years piano, 2 years cello
My essays should be pretty good-writing is by far my best subject.

The only reason why I'm so worried is because of my GPA-a C freshman year first semester and a C all year in IB Biology junior year screwed me over. Is that an instant killer for me?

a C? yeah ur probably gonna get rejected. sorry kid.

Maybe if you really express your music passions and want to take that route. Try some community service too.

I wouldn’t be too disheartened I managed to get in with a similar GPA having a C in a math class. As long as your well rounded in other respects. But definitely have a fall back.

If you increase your ACT, you will be fine in my opinion. I know people with lower standardized testing and less ECs that have made it in.

You should make it. 85% chance I’d say. When I submitted by application I didn’t have any Cs but my uw gpa was the same, and my weighted was lower. However I took AP Math classes and I know they like that. But I think you’ll make it.
