<p>I am extremely music heavy but have no other major focus... what I can do to make my app look look better?</p>

<p>Extracurriculars</p>

<p>Music - I've been playing the piano for 9 years, have won numerous awards (see awards below), have attended many festivals including PBAU International Music Festival for 3 years, FSU Piano institute (2013), Eastern Music Festival (2014). I am also part of a community organization caller Kretzer's Kids that performs concerts monthly at local nursing homes. I also teach piano lessons.</p>

<p>Writing/Language - Published Midterm essay in Community college textbook, in 2012 won the NASA International Space Station Radio Competition. I am bilingual.</p>

<p>Making Money- I've made around $600 dollars in freshman year and around $2000 in sophomore year

<p>On your addmission essay try to avoid talking about the money you make while tutoring piano. It makes it look like what is clearly your passion is a facade for financial gain. For that matter, avoid all material gain in college letters. </p>

<p>Although you haven’t taken the SAT yet, I could see that you’ve challenged yourself! You’ve taken 14 APs already?! Your ECs are heading the right path, but try to direct your ECs towards your major. Keep everything up, and you’ll end up getting in at least one of those schools, depending on your SAT/ACT score!
