I realize it's a big list and a lot of reaches but you miss all the chances you don't take c:

Also any suggestions for other schools that would be a good fit?

My biggest advice: cut down your list. You may THINK that applying to more schools will help you, but it will actually hurt you in a major way. Each of those schools have supplemental essays with school specific prompts. These are no walk in the park to write. So ultimately, you will run yourself EXTREMELY thin on these essays, hurting your chances on all of them. Another reason this list is ridiculous is because clearly you haven’t really thought about what you’re looking for in a school. All of those schools are so diffierent campus and enviornment wise. I understand, I had a list similar to this in my junior year, but am only going to apply to 10 schools, all of which have what I believe is important to me in a college (not just a prestigious name or campus). That being said, your ECs look good and your test scores, while not terrible, could use some shaping up. Best of luck to you!

^^ I agree about the length, and do plan on cutting it down a bit. This is just a rough final list.

However, I’ve put a very good amount of thought into each school and I realize they are different, but that doesn’t mean they don’t each have something I’m looking for.

Any other suggestions?

California Mom here so I will chance you only on the California Schools. I also agree you really should cut down your list.
FYI: It will be very difficult to double major at SLO especially with Computer Science
UC/CSU GPA too low for most of the UC’s especially for the very competitive major of CS but an upward trend is good.
UCB/UCLA/UCSD/SLO: Reach
UCI/UCD/USC: Low Reach
UCSC/Santa Clara/USD: High Match
SDSU: Match
My younger son applied for CS this past year with similar Stats and 10 AP classes. He did not apply to all the UC’s but UCR was the only UC he got accepted. He is currently attending SDSU.
Good Luck
