<p>I am a rising junior and am interested in attending top or second tier schools but am not really sure of my chances of matriculating! Some of my stats:</p>

<p>GPA: 3.9 unweighted/ 4.7 weighted
SAT: 2020 (but I hope to improve this a lot since this score is from sophomore year with 0 preparation beforehand), 720 Biology M
AP Biology: 5
This year I will be taking 4 APs, the maximum that my school offers for juniors
I have decent extracurriculars that include varsity swimming since freshman year, I anticipate being captain senior year, club leadership positions, and piano with many awards and competitions</p>

<p>One of the schools I am interested in is Duke, where almost all my family attended and there is a scholarship there in my family's name (if that even helps now that it is so competitive)</p>

<p>If you have any insight into whether or not I have a chance of getting into a top university that would be extremely helpful, or if not please let me know schools that match my stats!</p>
