Assuming your personal statements are going to be good, you’re pretty much good to go. If you want to be even stronger and more certain of your chances I suggest raising your ACT or SAT (31+/ 2000+). Your GPA/class standing is above the UCD acceptance average and you have good extra curriculars. Getting a 31+ or 2000+ will put you much above the UCD acceptance average for standardized test scores.

You look like a very competitive applicant but I agree with @redbean soup that raising your ACT/SAT score will help your chances since CS/CSE is very competitive. Your EC’s look good.
UCD: High Match (Higher SAT/ACT would make it a Match).
Good Luck

@redbeansoup‌ Thank you for taking the time to chance me and thanks for that insight. I will be retaking both tests in October (Fingers crossed) and hope to get a better score.

@Gumbymom‌ Thank you for the encouraging words. I hope to tackle the ACT and SAT once more >:).

As a current UCD student, I think you have a very good chance of getting in. As the other commenters above me said, if you raise your ACT and SAT scores, you’ll be in really good shape. Some other advice I can give you is that you should continue with your ECs in senior year and keep up your GPA, at least in the first semester. Colleges like to see commitment.

In terms of APs, the most useful ones in my opinion would be AP Computer Science, AP Calculus BC, AP English Lit/Lang and AP Chemistry. If you get 5s on these, you’ll be able to skip 1 class at UC Davis (a 5 on Calc AB will also let you skip 1 class, whereas a 5 on Calc BC will let you skip 2).

If you have any other questions about UCD feel free to ask me!

@kryptoscia‌ Unfortunately my school doesn’t have AP Computer Science ;(

@kryptoscia‌ I live about 35 minutes from Davis though, so it’s a top choice for me
