I'm also apart of Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship, which is asked about on the application. I will have over 100 hours of volunteer by the time I graduate. I placed 2nd and 4th at State HOSA, qualifying for Nationals. I've had a job for 2 years. My letters of recommendation will be from one of my teachers and one of the coordinators that I volunteer for. My essays were read and edited by my AP English 12 teacher. I have also taken a class to get CNA certified, however have yet to take the state exam. Finally, I'm apart of my school's Health Academy, which is a charter school for those who want to go into the health field, allowing me to receive health occupation credits from a college nearby.
What are my chances for getting into Madison overall? And I know the program is highly selective, but what are my chances of getting into the actual undergrad nursing program at Madison?

You get admitted to the university as a whole. http://www.son.wisc.edu/academics-bs-admission.htm. Most nursing students will apply to the program based on their first two years at UW. Therefore no guarantee that you will get into the nursing program. Definitely discuss your options with your HS guidance counselor.
