Chance me please?

I am a rising senior at one of the best public high schools in the nation (we were ranked 12 last year by US News and World Report). I applied summer, and I applied early. Here are my stats:
3.57 Weighted GPA
25 ACT (I'm taking it again, that was my first time)
IB/Pre-IB classes every year since freshman year, and all of my classes have been stated as either Pre-IB, IB, Honors, or AP (except gym (which i took twice, two different gym classes) and drama.)
7 AP classes over 4 years
AP Scholar Award
Multiple honor societies
On track to earn the IB diploma
I started my own club at my school that involved going to middle schools in the area and providing tutoring. I started it Junior year, and we're the only club that does this in my school.
In sophomore year I began rowing crew and made it to varsity, then I injured myself during junior year so I began coaching.

Do you guys think this is enough to make it in? Ive heard stories of people who've made it in with a lot worse and a lot better.

Your GPA and test scores are a bit low and considering many incoming students will have taken upwards of 10 AP classes, you’re really leaning on EC and CS hours. You probably have a good shot at acceptence but I wouldn’t hope for scholarships. I hope this helps and goodluck!!!
