Despite the low GPA, I do have an upwards trend going for me (Freshman & Sophomore year I had a poor GPA, Junior year I had ~ a 3.7 GPA and I expect the same this year. Every class I've had besides Gym and my first year of Chinese has been Honors or AP, so i have had a rigorous course load. )</p>

Computer Club - 2 years, "leader"? No real captain or anything, but I organize some events within the club.
County Youth Commission - 2 years - executive committee leader.
Over 200 hours of volunteering and have worked with countless organizations throughout the state with this group. Have lead numerous projects.
Mentorship with local startup - .5 years. Junior year second semester, I got a mentorship with a local startup company that works with the creation of mobile applications.</p>
