Male
Asian (Chinese)
17
Born and raised in USA (Texas)
Neither parents graduated high school, immigrated to America year before I was born

ACT: 31
SAT: not too good, barely 2000
GPA: Idk because my school doesn't operate on 4.0 system. I know it's like a 98.67/100 unweighted, so around a 3.9
Rank: 6th out of 560 (top 1%)
ECs/Volunteer: Varisty Tennis (team captain), NHS treasurer, French Club VP, French 1-3, local organization that deals with disabled children, MU Alpha Theta, local environmental club, Ronald McDonald House, Independent Study Mentorship
Work: Local Tex-Mex Restaurant AND father's Chinese restaurant since I was a little kid
AP: 9 since sophomore year, 10+ for Honors
Essays: Pretty good, worked kind of hard on them
Recommendations: Idk got some of them at the last second :o
Awards: a lot for tennis, All-District 1st Team, local awards for grades

You will get into every single one of those schools. 98.67%? If so that is 4.00 GPA. To get a 98 all of your subjects are probably above 95, which is way above the “A” mark. All subjects in the “A” section equals a 4.00 GPA. I would wish you good luck but you don’t need it.

lol thanks, I honestly have no idea what my GPA is in terms of the 4 point scale ;
