I am an international student studying in US (New Jersey)

ACT: English-34; Math-32; Science-35; Reading-31; Eng/Writ- 31; Comp-33a

SAT Subj- Math 2- 790

TOEFL Ibt- 114

Awards- Presidents Award for academic Excellence; Honors Diploma; Few math competitions; first in science competition in India; 2 in national level trivia competition in India

EC’s- Academic Challenge Team ( varsity member), Chess Club, Work at microbiology lab (related to my major- biomedical engineering), Volunteering for 100+ hours, Science and Math club, Trivia Club in India and a couple science related clubs. Also played cricket in India

Essay(1-10) Commonapp- 9; Individual essays- 9.5 (talked my by dream of creating a genetically translatable brain)

Teacher Rec’s- 10 and 10
Counsellor Rec- 10 (she said she talked about me being at an disadvantage as I could not participate more because I came from India)

Financial aid- not required
I have taken 7 AP’s ( 5 this year)

12 th grade courses- AP Physics, AP biology, AP Chemistry, AP Calculus BC, AP Governmenet

What are my chances for Georgia Tech ( I visited Tech, if that would boost my chances), UC Berkley, MIT( just Trying. My interview was pretty good), Urbana Champagne, Columbia, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, UPenn, Carnegie, Duke, UMich

Intended Major- Biomedical Engineering. Computer Engineering for Carnegie only.

i think you have a great shot at almost all the schools the ones id be concerned about are Columbia and MIT
