I’m getting really anxious, and I just wanted to get some opinions.
Major: Bio
GPA:3.43
Prereqs: all done except for ochem 2 and calc 3
EC: none but I work 30 hours a week
personal statement: good
I applied to UCLA, Berkeley, UCI, UCSB, UCSD, and UCD. My dream school is UCLA, but since my gpa dropped, I’m nervous I won’t go anywhere, it went from a 3.7 to a 3.43 because of last semester.
No chance at UCLA or Berkeley; Low GPA + missing pre-reqs + no ECs = DEATH.
So-so at UCI and UCSB. (maybe low?)
You’ll probably get into Davis.

You can see here https://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/adm_tr/Tr_Prof14_mjr.htm that the average admitted GPA for UCLA was a 3.7X. As previously posted, coupled with missing pre reqs it is very unlikely.
The good news is you can always do another year at CC and boost your GPA. The UCs don’t care how many times you apply and they also don’t look at your past applications!
No chance at Berkeley. Sorry.
