You definitely won’t get DA. And it’s pretty slim chance you’ll get in with 3 D’s and a downward grade trend. Sorry /:

Yeah, I think you’re being a little too optimistic at this point. Most state flagships consider grades first and foremost, and the UW is no exception–3 D’s are really not going to help your case.
