Anyways, the schools I’m looking to be chanced for are: University of San Francisco, University of San Diego, Cal Poly SLO (top choice), Boston University, University of Maryland, Fordham, Northeastern, UC-Irvine, and Santa Clara University

Cal Poly SLO is also a top choice of mine too. I have learned through research that they simply use a point system out of 5000 to determine admission.

You do realize you will be Full pay at SLO ($35K/year) and UCI ($55K/year). As an OOS applicant, you will receive little to no FA from these schools. GPA is low for both schools which makes them slight reaches. Both schools are known to be pretty conservative. Not sure they are your best choice.

@Gumbymom Thanks for the advice! I am very able and willing to be full pay at either school. I also grew up in a conservative environment, so that wouldn’t be a huge issue.
