Chance Me Please!

I am going into my senior year this fall, and I need some unbiased insight on where I stand in the college admissions process and how I could strengthen my application. I go to a large, nationally-ranked public school where the students are super competitive, which probably calls for a harsher review. Any and all input is appreciated!

I am currently deciding between a career in medicine and a career in pharmacy, so I have two lists as follows. I will probably apply to all of these regular decision.

Schools I would attend for pre-med:
University of Pennsylvania
Stanford University
Johns Hopkins University
Cornell University
Duke University

Schools I would attend for pharmacy:
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
University of Pittsburgh

My weighted GPA is 5.125, but I’m not quite sure what my unweighted GPA is (I have gotten all A’s throughout high school with the exception of a B in APUSH).

Some other scores:
PSAT - 225
SAT - Reading 800 / Math 760 / Writing 780
ACT - English 36 / Math 35 / Reading 36 / Science 33 / Writing 9
SAT Biology - 720
SAT Physics - 660

AP Classes I have taken (and AP scores): Biology (3), Calculus AB (5), US History (4), Physics 1 (4), Physics 2 (3), Computer Science (5), Psychology (5), English Language (4)

My senior schedule: Honors Organic Chemistry, AP Physics C, AP Chemistry, AP Statistics, Honors Argument, AP English Literature, AP French

Extracurriculars:
Speech and Debate (Awards won in Parliamentary Debate in 9th and 10th grade, not so much in 11th)
Key Club
City’s Youth Symphony Orchestra
University of Pittsburgh Accelerated High School
Health Occupations Students of America
Cultural Communications Alliance Marketing Competition (First place for two years)
Future Business Leaders of America
Westinghouse Science Honors Institute
Pennsylvania Music Educators Association Honors Festival
Carlow University Healthcare Exploration Programs
Spring Musical Pit Orchestra

Volunteer:
Pharmacy department of local hospital
Adopt-A-Row program at local library as well as children’s events and book sales

Since the schools I’m applying to are almost all reach, what are my chances? (I have low expectations so don’t worry about being too harsh.) Also, how will a non-4.0 unweighted GPA and non-5 AP scores affect me?

Thanks to anyone who took the time to read this large mess.
