Thank you for any help!!!

What do you think??

I don’t know a whole lot about some of the schools on this list, but with your GPA and ACT score at Alabama you qualify for the Presidential Scholar scholarship, which is the value of tuition every year for four years, so you’re basically into Alabama.

good luck with the college search! I’m from Texas too. are you considering UT? you’re definitely in top 8%

For UC Berkeley you might have lower chances to get in because you are OOS. But for both USC and UC Berkeley I think you should get a higher SAT I and ACT score to give you a better chance, since your scores are average (between 25th and 75th percentile). More EC’s would be great too. But nice job with your gpa

Hey, I’m new here so don’t 100% trust my incite. But after looking at MANY of these threads, I may be able to give an OK answer (also understand that I primarily look at GPA/SAT scores).

Michigan - Mid reach
Illinois (assuming Urbana-Champlaign) - Match
Purdue - Low Match (Should be more of a safety school)
UC Berkeley - High Reach
USC - Low Reach
Alabama - LOW match (95% sure you will be admitted in - there are always exceptions though!) (Safety)

I hope I helped a little :o

Thanks everyone who replied to this. I’m also adding Texas Tech to this list because I also qualify for their presidential scholarship. And good luck to all of you and anyone who sees this!!

Reach for Berkeley.
UC’s don’t have scholarships/FA for OOS students. You would be full fee if you got in. $55K per year for 4 years.
