Hi, I’m a junior this year and was wondering what my chances are at these colleges:
Virginia Tech
TCNJ (IS)
Rutgers (IS)
JMU
University of Alabama
University of South Carolina
North Carolina State University

My SAT score is 1800, 580 W, 600 CR, 620 M and I plan on retaking it in January.
My UW GPA will probably be between a 3.5 and 3.6 by the end of the year.
Sophomore year I took 1 AP and 1 honors class, and this year I’m taking 3 AP classes.
I do winter and spring track and field every year, and this year I also did cross country. I am also treasurer of a club, and I go on a weeklong mission trip through my church every summer.
What are my chances? Thanks!

You are a junior. Have fun this year. Think about it in the spring and increase your SAT score.

Add volunteer hours, look for some type of internship. Do a community project. Have a job related to a field. Join NHS if possible. Over a 2000 SAT and you will most likely be fine at any school that is not ivy level.

TCNJ will require bit higher SAT scores , also try ACT.
