I hope they can tell that I don’t get much sleep from all the jobs, especially the times they take place at (they’re a total of 25 hours per week); I’ve been doing the waiter thing since sophomore year and started the newspaper thing halfway through junior year

I gave it 2-3 three quick read-throughs.
At first glance I was skeptical if you could get in, but I didn’t see you were First Gen AND URM.
I think that may give you the boost you need to be a competitive applicant. Hopefully your essay about coming to the US was good, as that may also help you tons (if its good).
Also, now looking at it again, you have quite a few time-consuming jobs which now looking at it with your stats, you actually have a pretty good shot at Penn.
Other than that, I can’t say that much more, we’ll have to see what Penn thinks!
