International Science and Engineering Fair: Research on the effects of different Amounts of Casein on Almond, Soy, and Whole Milk Coagulation
• Whole milk produced the most coagulate as compared to soy and almond milk regardless of the amount of casein.
• Based on the results, research was selected to go to the regional level of ISEF.

Virginia Polytechnic Institute: Study on Cellulosic Ethanol and Switchgrass as Alternative and Sustainable Energy
• Results showed that switchgrass was one of the most upcoming and innovative sources of sustainable energy.
