dude, I got into Pitt arts and sciences with a 3.7 GPA, no APs, no honors,1970 SAT. if you don’t get into pitt with honors then hell froze over

Hahaha thank you! I really want to try for the honors college, but I’m afraid if I don’t pull up my SAT and ACT that won’t happen

Definitely try and improve test scores, are you from PA? If yes then you might be able to get a Stamps invite, some impressive ECs, leadership and volunteering.

Unfortunately I’m from OOS :frowning: does this make it harder?

Well you won’t be able to to apply for Stamps Leadership scholarship because it’s only for PA students.

But for admission you should have a good chance

@peaceloveyoga Try to apply as early as you can (like August/September). It is likely you will hear in Oct/Nov time frame and have the rest of your admissions process much easier. Yeah, you will get in but for honors you will need to improve your SAT (average M+CR for honors is 1489)

Your resume is exceptional; You are practically guaranteed acceptance but do try to improve that ACT!
I went from a 31 in April to a 34 in September- You can do it, just put some study time in during the summer!
Best of luck to you.

What do you want to major it?

Most important thing is to get a 32 on the ACT, Pitt doesn’t really care about ECs. They don’t even have a formal essay, just three 150-word statements.
